Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
- Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with laundry duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Understanding of custodial duties and floor care procedures
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
